Easy, affordable and safe system for ethanol extraction

I was fortunate enough to assist with the design and implementation of a botanical extraction lab in St. Louis.

The setup is using cryo-ethanol to save the step of winterizing the oil extract. -40*C is the target temp.

The main components in the extraction are the centrifuge, pump, tank, heat exchanger and AC compressors.
